Forced back onto the treadmill today. Plenty more snow in the forecast.

    same problems here in Crested Butte. sadly no tradmill, so Fruita training continues thru slush, ice, 7 degrees, and blowing snow!!!

    makes you appreciate dry ground doesn't it???

    We've been so spoiled through the winter on the Front Range that I can't really complain. Probably had two weeks at most where I've had to trudge through snow, aside from trips to higher elevations. Don't envy your winter running conditions up in the Crusted Butt.

    Was hoping to get a big trail run in this weekend, but will likely have to suffer on the roads.
