He is a runner from Colorado very very very strong like Heras he raced in shorter road races ( I believe Heras comes from 1/2 Marathon distance and then Raids, correct me if I am wrong please)BOTH are FENOMENAL at LONG and STEEP courses. They are going to have a lot of fun racing against each other. Nick has been beaten twice by spanish runners in 2010 but not by much, @ WS 100 (kilian) and @ PP Marathon (jordi), by spanish runners. I feel my best workout le...nice week! keep it up. I feel my best workout leading up to the marathon last year was 3 hour run with the half at 7:10 pace and the second half at 6 pace. You can also do progressive runs where each mile is faster than the last, when you can't lower it you're done.
